Terms of Service & Engineering Agreements

1. Engineering Scope & Deliverables
All software engineering, AI agent architectures, and web development deliverables are governed by formal Statement of Work (SOW) agreements outlining milestones, acceptance criteria, and intellectual property assignment.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon final settlement of project deliverables, all customized client repositories, front-end designs, schemas, and proprietary codebases transfer 100% to the client with full IP ownership.
3. Limitation of Liability
TECHELGO delivers high-resilience systems built according to industry standards, but disclaims consequential damages or third-party API outage liabilities beyond agreed Service Level Agreements.
