We only collect information strictly required to respond to architectural inquiries and execute engineering agreements: work email, organization details, system scope, and voluntary communications.
2. Confidentiality & IP Protection
All client codebases, proprietary algorithms, data repositories, and architectural specifications are treated under strict confidentiality. We provide and sign Mutual NDAs upon initial engagement.
3. Analytics & Telemetry
We use lightweight, privacy-focused operational telemetry to benchmark load performance and uptime. No intrusive advertising trackers or unauthorized third-party sales of client data are permitted.
4. Data Rights & Removal
You may request deletion or export of your correspondence records at any time by contacting our security team at contact@techelgo.com.
